DAY 1:CASABLANCA - MEKNES - VOLUBILIS - FES

Today we start our Luxury Sahara Tour from Casablanca. We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Hassan II Mosque before departing for Rabat. Visit the Oudaias Kasbah, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Hassan Tower. We will then continue for Fes via Meknés, where we will stop to see El Hdim Square, Bab El Mansour, the gigantic gate at the entrance to the old medina, before driving to the best Roman ruins of Volubilis and then to Fez. Overnight at a hotel or riad.

DAY 2: FES GUIDED EXCURSION IN MEDINA:

Enjoy exploring Fes's mediaeval medina and Imperial City Fes is the country's oldest imperial city and the most interesting of them all, having the most complicated roads and entire medina in the Arab world, as well as the most interesting one to explore and get lost in, because it has remained practically unchanged since 1000 years ago. It is frequently regarded as Morocco's cultural capital. The city is divided into three sections: Fes el Bali, Fes el Jdid, and Fes el Jdid. You'll meet your guide here and spend the first half of the day learning about the city's history and culture as you walk around the Medinas. When you enter el Bali through the Bab Boujeloud (Boujloud gate), you will pass historic sites like as the Quaraouiyine Mosque, founded in 859 by Fatima Al-Fihria, as well as the world's oldest continually operating university. You'll witness the exquisite Nejjarine Fountain and the Batha Palace, which is now an arts and culture museum. Examine the dye pits of the odorous Chaouwara Tanneries. Visit the Souk Attarine, where you may find colourful spice pyramids, Berber rugs, leather products, and other goodies like handcrafted orange blossom water. Visit Bab Boujloud Gate, a massive triple-arched city gate adorned in blue tile with geometric designs.

DAY 3: FES - IFRANE - AZROU - MIDELT - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA DESERT CAMEL RIDE

After breakfast, you will depart Fes for Merzouga via Midlet and the Ziz valley. Today you will journey to Ifrane, a picturesque mountain village known as Morocco's Switzerland. You will also visit the cedar forest in the Atlas Mountains' central region. During your voyage, you'll get sights of the Center Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains, as well as a stop at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of Morocco's famous cedar forest, the largest in the country, where you'll be able to observe the Barbary apes. Following that, your drive to Midelt continues through the stunning Atlas highlands and mountains. After lunch in Midelt, you'll journey via the magnificent Ziz Gorge, with views of the High Atlas plateau. Following that, you'll journey through the beautiful Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic vistas all the route to Erfoud and Rissani. When you arrive at Merzouga in the afternoon, you will be greeted with a drink of mint tea. In the late afternoon, you will ride your camel, accompanied by an expert camel-man, to discover what lies buried in the midst of the highest sand dunes, with the possibility to watch the sunset... Dinner and stay at a Berber camp in Merzouga's Erg Chebbi dunes.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA SAHARA DESERT - TODRA GORGES - DADES VALLEY - DADES GORGES:

Today, our camel guide will wake you up early to witness what could be the spectacular sunrise of your life. After breakfast, you'll camel-trek back to Merzouga, and we'll depart for the Rissani, Tinghir, and Todra gorges, Morocco's tallest and narrowest canyons. After lunch in the gorge, we'll drive into the Dades Valley, where you'll view spectacular sand castles and stunning rock formations known as "monkey toes." Overnight lodging will be at a posh guest house overlooking the Dades Valley, complete with dinner and breakfast.

DAY 5: DADES VALLEY - AIT BENHADDOU KASBAH - ATLAS MNOUNTAINS - END IN MARRAKECH:

After breakfast, we drive through the Dades through "The Road of a Thousand Kasbahs" to Kalaat Mgouna, the heart of the Rose Valley, where you will tour the rose cooperative. Continue your journey to Skoura and Ouarzazate. We go to the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which was built by Et Hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains in the 19th century, and is now a home for many Glaoui people. Before arriving at your overnight accommodation in Marrakech, your drive will continue through the Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2260 m) through the High Atlas Mountains, where you will get the opportunity to explore the process of manufacturing argan oil- by Berber women in their cooperative.
